Guest Services Agent’s (GSA’s) make reservations for guests and accurately process payments for stays at the hotel. Upon guests’ arrival, GSA’s warmly greet and welcome guests, complete the registration process, and answer any questions they may have about the hotel, their stay, and the area.
This position requires individuals to have excellent communication and customer service skills, a pleasant phone manner, and good computer and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions is a definite asset.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts depending upon the schedule.
Previous front desk reservation experience and knowledge of roomMaster would be an asset.
The minimum education requirement for this position is a high school diploma.
