Guest Services Agents (GSAs) make Vacation Rental Properties reservations by phone and email using the WebRezPro property management system. GSAs process payments for guest stays and greet and check in guests when they arrive on site, answering any questions they may have about their stay and the area.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires individuals to have a pleasant phone manner, excellent communication and people skills, and good computer skills. Knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions is a definite asset. A willingness to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends is required, depending upon the schedule.
DUTIES
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Making reservations using the WebRezPro property management system for vacation rental properties guests; enquiries may be made either by phone or email.
Processing payments for Vacation Rental Properties stays.
Greeting, welcoming, and checking in guests as they arrive.
Responding to general enquiries about the area, local attractions and activities, and amenities in the area.
Dealing with guests’ concerns in a timely, respectful, and appropriate manner.
Responding to emergencies on site, following company procedures.
Keeping the Vacations Office neat and tidy.
Doing a reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Assisting the Housekeeping team, if and when the need arises.
