We are looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our team at the Stirling Dining Room and Lounge, located in the Malcolm Hotel, Canmore.
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of cooking experience in at least two different kitchen departments: garde manager, banquets, al a carte, or breakfast. Experience working in a luxury hotel with comparable service and standards to the Malcolm Hotel would be an asset. A valid Food Handler’s certificate is required to work as a Line Cook.
Line Cooks must be able to remain on their feet, both standing and walking, throughout their shift and be able to lift and carry up to 25 kg, be able to ascent and descend ladders, stairs and ramps.
The ideal candidate would have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Subsidized shared staff accommodation is available for full-time employees, pending availability. All units are full furnished with the essentials in the bedroom, kitchen and living room, including free internet and cable. Each unit has its own kitchen, bathroom and in-suite laundry. As all units are shared, we are unable to accommodate pets.
