The Pool Deck Server is responsible for the food and beverage service at our roof top pool and fire pits. The Pool Deck Servers work directly with customers while they enjoy our rooftop outdoor facilities.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-year of serving experience and a ProServe certificate is required in this role. Pool Deck Servers must be able to be on their feet for long periods of time, and be able to carry up to 30 lbs. Pool Deck Servers should have a passion and knowledge in cocktails, wine, and spirits and possess and exhibit the drive to provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate has a teamwork-oriented attitude, willingness to assist other departments within the hotel and maintain a professional appearance. Pool Deck Servers must be willing and able to work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts, depending on the schedule.
Duties:
Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival
Take food and beverage orders
Prepare beverages to company standards
Input information in POS system
Keep the pool and fire pit area clean and comfortable for our guests
Assist with any possible guest requests
Clean, stock, and maintain the bar throughout shift
